OperonOps is a product of D&S Applied Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company. By creating an account and using OperonOps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms apply to all users of OperonOps, including organization administrators and team members.
When you sign up, you create an organization account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away at support@operonops.app.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use OperonOps.
New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using OperonOps. We'll remind you before your trial ends.
OperonOps is billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. You can cancel at any time from your billing page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but if you have an issue please reach out and we'll work with you.
Your data belongs to you. We store it securely to provide the service. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting support@operonops.app.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You agree to use OperonOps only for lawful purposes. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We work hard to keep OperonOps running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to give advance notice for planned downtime when possible.
OperonOps is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&S Applied Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of OperonOps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of OperonOps after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
